Welcome to d'Genussalm – Hauser Kaibling Apartment 3, your alpine retreat directly at the ski and hiking mountain Hauser Kaibling in the Schladming-Dachstein region. At an altitude of 1,820 meters, a unique holiday experience awaits you in the mountains. 

Right outside the door, numerous hiking trails lead through the impressive mountain landscape. Cozy, managed alpine huts along the way invite you to enjoy regional delicacies. Families will appreciate the children’s adventure trail as well as the playground, which is located right next to the d'Genussalm.

As a special extra, our guests receive the Schladming-Dachstein Card. While it typically includes one mountain and valley ride per day, guests of the d'Genussalm benefit from two free mountain and valley rides per day. This allows you to conveniently take the gondola down to the valley and back to the accommodation at any time.

In winter, a real mountain experience awaits you. Skiers enjoy ski-in/ski-out comfort and can hit the slopes directly from the doorstep. Guests without skis can also easily reach the d'Genussalm via the winter hiking trail and fully enjoy the snowy mountain world, cozy huts, and the unique atmosphere at Hauser Kaibling.
