We are happy to open our kitchen for you by appointment!
Whether lamb roast, Styrian roast beef from alpine ox or game stew - natural cuisine tastes best. In the Sölkstub'n you will find Styrian hospitality from the "natural kitchen". As a partner of the Sölktäler Naturpark, they source products from the local area - forests and alpine pastures - from breakfast to dinner. A lot of importance is attached to local and natural food, which is carefully prepared and refined into delicacies with a portion of creativity and love.
We are also happy to offer seminars: "Slow Food - Cooking with the Cooking Box" individually for 5 to 6 people. Please contact us for more information.
The Slow Food Styria kitchen opens on reservations only! They also cook at noon on adcanced booking for min. 6 persons.
