Castle Trautenfels

The Johannes Chapel in Pürgg was built at the beginning of the 12th century as the oldest church in Styria in the Romanesque style on a rocky plateau above the village of Pürgg. The unique wall paintings make it a UNESCO-protected World Heritage Site! The wide view over the Ennstal, towards the Grimming and Trautenfels Castle is indescribable.

• Find the best position on the rocky plateau that holds everything.
• With closed eyes, perceive the light with the impression of standing under a "light shower." Breathe deeply in and absorb the light through the body down to all the cells.
• Breathe out until the lungs are maximally emptied. Close your nose and mouth and try to inhale, even though it is not possible. Feel the relaxation in the diaphragm and continue breathing normally.
