Traditionally served or modernly interpreted - we are open to everything. We love our culinary heritage - because it offers enjoyment at the highest level. We choose our products with the utmost care, and we live the regionality and seasonality every day. We know our producers personally, and we understand that they put just as much quality and passion into their products as we do into our dishes.

With our gourmet chef Fritz Putz, we have a lover of excellent cuisine by our side. His focus is on top-quality regional products, which he interprets inspirationally with great skill and attention to detail - an absolute delight!

The Tafelspitz, which gives our restaurant its name, is always on our menu - a huge table. In addition, we offer you a daily selection of culinary delights including soups, meat and fish dishes, grilled items, vegetarian options, as well as desserts and pastries.

Is a dish crossed out on the table? That can happen and is a reflection of our respect for food. Our purchasing is done with care, so we do not have to throw away any food.
