In our completely newly renovated apartment, coziness meets timeless design. On the 44 m2, you can expect a spacious bedroom and a comfortable living area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom features a 140 cm wide double bed and an additional single bed. In the living/dining area, a high-quality sofa bed provides extra space for two more people. From the balcony, you can look over the rooftops of Schladming and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains (Dachstein, Scheichenspitz, Guttenberghaus).
From the apartment, the ski slope and the 4 mountains ski carousel are just a few steps away. The ski room with ski boot heating offers additional comfort. A short walk is enough to find yourself in the center of Schladming, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay.
